Majahua beach is located north of Troncones, it can be reached by following Avenida de la Playa or through the community of Lagunillas (15 minutes away). Between Troncones and La Saladita, it differs from the latter because it has an area of ​​calm waves at the beginning of it. In this area are restaurants and boats. Local fishermen's boats depart from this point, as well as tours for near-shore fishing, sport fishing in the open sea, turtle, dolphin, and whale watching, as well as transportation to other beaches.
After the first hundred meters of beach we find a large area with very few buildings, ideal for hiking or horseback riding and keeping in touch with nature. In Majahua beach it is also possible to take kayak tours in the place known as “La boca”, where the Lagunillas river flows. In this tour you can enjoy the sighting of local fauna and flora.
